This Cancellation and Refunds Policy applies to paid digital Services on Rentoobuy, operated by Sincera Investments, owned by Saurabh Singh, trading as Rentoobuy. It should be read with our Terms and Conditions and the rental and sale / purchase plans page.
Platform fees (wallet top-ups, inventory reports, rent-agreement related fees, Boost arranged with support, and similar) are for digital access and related services. They are not payments for the underlying property. Property rent/sale deals are between you and the owner or broker.
Owner contact is now free, within a daily allowance, so a new open has nothing to refund. If you paid for contact access before that change, and the property was already rented or sold at the time of purchase, you may raise a refund request. We validate the claim before approving a refund. There is no 24-hour window.
An approved refund is credited to your wallet. It is not returned to UPI, card, or bank. After we validate an eligible claim, we aim to credit the wallet within 1–2 business days (often sooner).

Broker help has no upfront fee. Brokerage on a successful deal is agreed with the broker. A Boost (25 extra owner-contact opens, valid 90 days, Rs 299) is arranged with support and is not a wallet debit. Unused Boost opens are not refunded after they expire.
Unused wallet balance remains available for eligible platform fees under our Terms. Cancellation of an in-progress paid digital service (for example before fulfilment begins) may be requested via Contact. Once digital access has been delivered (for example contact unlocked or a report generated), the fee is generally non-refundable except where this policy says a wallet credit applies. That credit is not returned to the original payment method.
Prepaid notarized delivery and quote requests follow the product terms shown at checkout. Refunds for failed or cancelled orders are assessed case by case after you contact support. A fee paid from the wallet is credited back to the wallet, typically within 1–2 business days.
