Money-back guarantee and exclusions
Where applicable, you may request a refund if the property was already rented or sold when you paid — raise it within 24 hours of purchase. We validate the claim before approving a refund.
The guarantee does not apply to commercial rental listings, tourist / short-stay properties, or other categories we mark as excluded on the listing or at checkout.

What is the 24-hour refund guarantee?
Listings move quickly. After you purchase contact access, if the property is already rented or sold you can raise a request within 24 hours. We validate the claim and process a refund when applicable.
In how many days can I expect a refund after a request?
We aim to process within 24 hours after claim validation—often the same day. Operational checks can occasionally take 1–2 business days.
How do I know if a property is uploaded by a broker or an owner?
We show this clearly on the listing detail page. Please confirm before you place an order.
How much brokerage do you charge on the DIY plan?
Rentoobuy does not charge brokerage on DIY plans. If a broker uploaded the listing, they may ask for brokerage—clarify that directly with them upfront.
Why ₹99–₹199 on the DIY plan?
That fee covers sourcing, listing quality, maintenance, and infrastructure so we can keep data accurate and the platform reliable.
Why do you offer custom broker plans?
They are aimed at higher-rent residential and commercial needs where saving time, getting shortlists, and proper documentation matter more than self-service browsing.
What if a property cannot be finalised under the custom plan?
We deduct visitation charges (₹199 per property visit) and refund the balance from the ₹4,999 advance when a deal does not close under the agreed terms.
When is a refund not issued on DIY?
Generally: if the property is still available for rent or purchase after you bought contact, or if you already spoke with the owner or broker about that listing. Report issues within 24 hours; we review edge cases fairly.
