Shipping and Delivery

This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how Saurabh Singh, trading as Rentoobuy ("Rentoobuy") delivers Services purchased on our websites. Read it with our Terms and Cancellation and Refunds Policy.

1. No physical product shipping

Standard marketplace and platform purchases on Rentoobuy are digital services. We do not ship physical goods (parcels, printed catalogues, or hardware) for wallet top-ups, DIY contact unlocks, inventory reports, or similar fees. There is no courier tracking number for these purchases.

2. When digital access is delivered

  • Wallet top-up: balance is credited to your account after successful payment confirmation (typically within minutes; occasionally longer if the payment partner delays confirmation).
  • DIY contact unlock / paid contact paths: access is granted in the product UI immediately after a successful debit or payment, subject to listing availability rules.
  • Inventory / requirement reports: the report is generated and shown in your account after payment; generation may take a short processing period.

3. Document / service fulfilment (where offered)

Certain products (for example prepaid notarized rent-agreement delivery in Haldwani) include physical home delivery of documents after drafting, approval, and notarization. Where that product applies:

  • Delivery is limited to the service area stated at checkout (for example Haldwani);
  • Typical timeline after approval and payment confirmation is on the order of 24–48 working hours, unless otherwise stated on the product page;
  • You must provide an accurate delivery address and reachable phone number;
  • Delays due to incomplete information, holidays, or force majeure may extend fulfilment time.

If a product is digital-only, section 1–2 apply and no physical shipment is made.

4. Failed delivery

If digital access does not appear after a successful payment, contact us with your payment reference. We will investigate with our payment partner and restore access or refund per the Refunds Policy.
